I have tried to install an esim for a new accou t for my daughter but it says no longer valid and to contact ID Mobile.
However I can't contact them because I don't know my daughters number and the chat bot etc always asks for your number.…

Maybe try sending a PM to iD customer service on Facebook Messenger or X (formerly Twitter),
