Hi,
I have a new sim that is meant to already be activated but it has no service. I had checked my local coverage and taken it more than a mile aware from my home address and no change to coverage.
Advice please

Have you tried the SIM card in another device?
Have you restarted your phone, and reset network settings?
If so and still no luck, please contact our live-chat with your details and SIM card number, and they can check for issues, or possible send you a free replacement SIM card:
