I received a debt collection notice from LCS for an iD mobile account that has been cancelled - I am going back and forth with the debt collection agency and have tried customer complaints and the 0333 number but that’s fully automated. The debt has just increased - its not a lot - but thats not the point. If I can’t clear this up I will be in a continuous cycle. App is no good because it sends a text to the iD mobile number for verification - AND MY SON DOESNT HAVE THAT NUMBER ANY MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jeeezz beyond frustrating and appalling lack of any form of customer service.
