switched to ID mobile but received final bill

Hi,

 

My partner has just taken out a new contract with ID and switched her number using a PAC code. The number has moved over to the new sim.

 

But she has now just received a final bill from ID and now here SIM isn't working?  Can't make/received calls or texts.

 

Please can anyone advise?

Is the old and new contract with iD Mobile?

Once a number is ported from an account that account would be disconnected.

I would advise checking with our Live Chat Team to check what has gone on.
