I have just gettin my new sim card today and it's not working and its not my phone because it is unlocked and works on any net work

Are you unable to use any services on your SIM?
If so it may be a faulty SIM card but it’s worth testing it in another handset.
Are you picking up any iD Mobile coverage or connection to iD Mobile?
