I have a 15 pro and my wife iPhone 14. Basically, wherever we have a 4g signal (of any strength) accessing internet and data useage either doesn’t work at all or sometimes will but response times are so bad it is unusable. No point in providing a postcode as it’s everywhere. Any thoughts please?

If it’s everywhere, then the only suggestion I can make is to pop down to your nearest Currys and ask for 2 replacement SIMs, just to rule the originals out. They’re free and it would be quicker than ordering them. You’d then need to register each SIM to each account via the app or online portal.
