Network switch not went through

I recently got a new iphone 13 which was in a bundle that comes with a switch to ID with 500gb data monthly, I transferred my old phone onto my new one, which transferred everything, including my old contract with three. I chose to keep my old number and gave ID my PAC code and was told that the transfer would happen on friday on its own. On friday my plan with three did end, but I was not and still have not been changed over to ID. I have no data and my phone says I have no service and i dont know what to do to change over to ID as it says it should have happened automatically by them. Any help would be greatly appreciated as i have been left unable to contact anyone unless I am connected to wifi, which I cant do outside as I have no data.

I’m sorry to hear this, are you sure the SIM card you’re using in your phone is the iD Mobile one?​

It may be worth trying a replacement SIM.​

I am unable to change my phone number on my Iphones with the new iD Mobile sims delivered.

The service is active and I have shut down both Imessage and Facetime but the mobile still won’t save my old phone number which I want to keep/need.

I have done that and still cannot send SMS - phone call on the new SIM number works OK and I have data enabling me to get emails and WhattsApp.

Th switchover date is today and I got a SMS/text from iD Mobile confirming I was live/active at just after 7 am today.

Thank you for your reply. 

The switch can take up to 10pm on the day to fully complete. 

Have you tried to change the number manually in the handset settings?

What is the make/model of your handset please?

The two Iphones I have tried to do this on are :

Iphone 12 mini

Iphone SE 22

Bother have software 18.5.

 

Neither of the phones will save my “old” numbers which I want to keep - just won’t accept them.

I also tried to change the numbers on the Iphone ID and without the SMS/Texts I cannot change them as I have to use the Apple codes...
