3G is not working
My mobile data is not working, I cannot connect to the internet on 4G, I cannot call or text. Please help. Thank you.

When you joined id did you check your coverage on the website by entering your postcode?
Could also be your handset is not supported by id.
also your phone settings may need to be changed
