Could you please help me in finding codes I need to enter to setup call forwarding to a land line phone?

In most cases this should just be a setting within your phone itself, and not particularly be locked behind any sort of network specific options on our end.
What phone are you using?
Have you used call forwarding on the phone before?

Thanks Kevin I found it on! Galaxy s 9 under the phone apps settings which would make you think the phone is diverting the call but I tried switching the phone off and the call is still diverted so it must be diverted from the carriers end.

I'm glad you managed to find those settings. Once the phone has saved those call divert settings, we (the network) will use the last known settings used with the SIM card to divert those calls.
