my daughters iPhone won’t receive any calls, she can make calls, but if you try and call her back the call will not connect. We have tried different phones and have checked all through the phones system, even tried the old turn it on and off trick.
Nothing works, no call are getting through.
Please help.

What message do you hear when trying to call the number in question?
Yes have recently moved sim, I can call but not receive calls.. I was told my number has been ported successfully so everything should have been fine

Have you tried restarting the device to see if this helps?
Are you not receiving calls from any number or specific ones only?
Try a landline if possible.
Can you also confirm if data/texts are affected?
