Can no longer receive or send phone calls from home (London W8)

I have used ID mobile for about 4 years very satisfactorily but can no longer make or receive calls

from home in London W8. Coverage is shown as excellent on maps.

(I can receive/send if I move outside the block of flat)

What is the reason? and hopefully this is temporary. Your advice please

(Online chat was quite useless on this occasion)

If there has never been an issue before, my first inclination would be that we’re performing maintenance on a mast in your area. So I can check this for you, can you provide me with a full postcode please?
