The fault has gone on for well over 2 weeks - I cannot even get sms from banks for 2 steps verification !
so quite a nuisance. At 78 and isolating a lot I am getting very frustrated .The least I expected is an update from ID -t hough it would not put me back on line to get or receive calls.
