Can’t get 4g on account

My daughter has an allowance of 1mb of data and it never works the only way she can get WiFi is when she’s connected to a network. This has been happening for moths now and there’s been times when she has needed WiFi connection in an emergency.

Hi LailaIsmail,

I am not sure what phone your daughter has but if she is not able to get 3G or 4G data there are a few things to confirm.

Check that data is enabled on the phone, confirm that the network settings are correct (this is what allows the phone to connect to iD Network and can access data.
