Can’t send text messages

Hi,

I am am unable to send text messages, all my messages bounce back as undelivered. I have iPhone SE, I’ve tried to look at my message settings but cannot see a message centre. I have checked my coverage, it says very good. Near my signal at the top left it does not say ID 4G which it has done in the past only ID WiFi call. Can you help please?

I'm sorry to hear this! Have you placed the SIM card inside another phone to see if you have the same issue?

The iD WiFi Call icon is perfectly normal when on WiFi; it just gives you better coverage when in range of certain WiFi networks.

Hello @dms,

This is classed as a premium number, (even if it’s free via the service you’re texting, e.g. Hospitals may use numbers like this for appointments).

Can you just log into the iD app/account and ensure that the Premium Messaging bar is turned OFF?

This will prevent the message sending if it’s on as it detects it as a premium number.
