Mobile data has been extremely slow for the last week, can barely load pages with no video streaming possible.

Sorry to hear that.
Have you tried switching to 3G only to see if this makes a difference?
There may be some temporary mast work at the 4G masts affecting this.
Is this the first time the issue has occurred?
