My mobile data is not working for the Internet I have a Sony Xperia L3, I have tried everything that is suggested and its still not working

yes I restarted my phone and it all works perfectly now, thank you, I didn't realise it would be that easy lol

Hi @Lizzyx9 

Has your data ever worked?

Do calls and texts work ok?

We’d recommend you restart your phone, make sure mobile data is activated and WiFi is off.

 

If that still doesn’t work and other services are unaffected, you can check the APN settings on the phone as reset them if necessary.

Let us know what you find.
