New phone not receiving all texts
Hi. I have recently got an Alcatel Idol 4 on the id network. I am having a problem. When people send texts (this has been from several different people on different mobiles) the messages don't always arrive. Sometimes they do. Other times the texts never arrive at all, it seems quite random. Is this a problem with the phone or the network? Texts that I send have always reached their destination. Thank you for your help!

From what you've advised it appears to be a coverage issue but that's just based on the normal symptoms for coverage issues.
Have you tried texting yourself, does this work?
