No 4G coverage

Hi nearly every where I go I only get 3G instead of 4g so sometimes I can’t connect to internet and I pay for 4g

4G isn’t a guaranteed service.

We provide 3G as a minimum.

 

Have you checked our coverage checker to see the areas you’re visiting?

Not all places have 4G coverage and the area is shown in the map to reflect which parts are covered by 4G.

You’ll also need to make sure your device supports 4G as well, as not all devices do.
