I have got absolutely no signal and haven't had for 2 days.
I requested a new SIM months ago and still haven't got it. I am seriously considering leaving as I cannot use my minutes or texts.

You can also find a link to the iD Coverage Checker which you can use to see the estimated levels of coverage.
Are you able to check this to see if there is a fault in your area?
