No data coverage for 10 days

I have not been able use my data for 10 days anywhere in London. Does anyone else have this? I’ve called ID Mobile a few times and they say it is down and they don’t know when it will be back, but I’ve searched online and there is no information on this and even their coverage checker does not report there is a problem.

It's fine now. It was the settings on my phone. Not sure why I kept being told there was a service problem in my area.

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had issues with accessing data for the past 10-days.

 

Can you clarify for us, are calls & texts affected also?

Can you also confirm if you have remaining data allowances showing in the iD app?

 

Does data work at home, just not our and about?

 

Can you confirm the postcode(s) where you are experiencing this?

Glad to hear that it’s sorted.

 

There may well have been an issue with one of the masts so it could have been understood this was the issue.
