I have not been able use my data for 10 days anywhere in London. Does anyone else have this? I’ve called ID Mobile a few times and they say it is down and they don’t know when it will be back, but I’ve searched online and there is no information on this and even their coverage checker does not report there is a problem.

It's fine now. It was the settings on my phone. Not sure why I kept being told there was a service problem in my area.
