no network signal - can't make calls

I have sim only contract since july. I was working fine but 2 days ago my service went to no network coverage but i can send messages but i cannot make calls which is so annoying coz i don't have landline only my mobile i cannot do calls like to doctors and my pharmacy. Plz help

Are you still having these issues?

Have you tried restarting your phone?

Are the messages sending over WiFi (iMessage if you’re on iOS) which makes you think it’s over text?

How many bars of coverage?
