No network since the 11th how do I sort

Phone lost all network on Friday 11th sept and still without it, hard to contact ID to sort problem. Only connection via WiFi

Have you tried restarting your handset to see if this helps?

 

How many bars of coverage do you have and can you run a manual network search?
