No service after SIM activation

Today 16/09 I received a notification from the iD app saying my new sim card is in the process of been activated and another 10 minutes later saying it is now active. Since then I have had no service at all. I have not received a new sim and when I upgraded in July kept my old number and old sim and was instructed to just put my old sim card in when my new phone arrived. Can anyone help?

Hello @Danny1214,

It looks like you’ve activated the replacement SIM (although it was not ever received) thus connection has been lost on this old SIM.

We’ll need to get a replacement SIM card sent out to you and then get this activated to work.

 

We’ll get a PM sent over so we can sort this for you.
