No service since moving homes

I recently moved house and am recovering I signal on my phone which is on a sim only contract.
I moved in the same area and was wondering why this happened?
Is there something I can do to boost my signal and at the moment I have ‘no service’.

Sorry to hear you're having coverage issues in your area.

There are multiple masts which may serve an area.

It's possible that your house bordered the connection of one mast and the new home you've moved to is closer to a different mast.

If that mast is affected by a fault, then you'd receive coverage issues.
