Not receiving internet connection outdoors

I have been unable to connect to the Internet outdoors for a week or so now, there was previously no issue in the exact same locations so it's not a coverage problem. I haven't changed any settings either so why has my 4G stopped kicking in?

Hello @Selina Kyle,

I know this may sound like a silly question, but have you checked to make sure Mobile Data is turned on?

This needs to be enabled to connect to data services?
