Not registered on network

I have no network today but I have two signal barres. Any suggestions?

Dear Ryan,

Thank you for your message. My device is “Not registered on the network”. Therefore I’m not connected to the ID network. I cannot call, send text nor use data.

Hi @Hel,

We’re sorry to hear that! If you have signal bars then there should be a network connection. Are you referring to no data connection, or are the calls and texts failing too?

You can try a manual network selection from within your phone settings to see if this helps.
