Problems with network

This morning I can't pick up my voicemail messages and the phone didn't ring either. I've tried calling people to find out whose been trying to contact me but I can't make calls either - I have allowance to do so. Is there a fault with the network? I can text or use the internet still but really need to be contactable by phone!

Hello @JAT,

Glad to hear it's back up and running now.

The first step when you have issues connecting is to power down your phone, remove the SIM and wait 10 seconds, then power up and re-insert the SIM.

This is like a soft reset on the network.

Failing that, you can try manually searching for a network on your device.
We have a great tool that shows you how to do this if you're not a phone wiz.

You can also check our Coverage Checker to see if there are any faults picked up in your area too!
