Verification texts sent to my mobile are not coming through. I need this to connect to my workplace VPN. Colleagues on other networks are having no issues, only those on ID mobile or 3, so it's clearly a network issue.
Please can you let me know if the issue is known, and is at least being resolved?

Have you also tried to put your SIM into another handset? to see if the code can be received?

Hi,
It's a Xiaomi mi 9T. I have tried swapping sim to an old Samsung, and still nothing came through. This was working with no problem just yesterday.

It is unlikely they messages would just stop from a network perspective.
