signal issues

I live about less than a mile away from a mast and I get no signal at home iv checked the coverage checker and get this message (The mast you're connected to has a lot of traffic right now. We know about this and we're working on expanding the capacity of the mast to let more people use it. This should fix the problems you're seeing. We're aiming to have this sorted by 14 November 2018.) yet I understand that things might be slow but would this cause the no signal issue im getting its mad to live so close to a mast and get no signal at all

Hello @Wolvesmb,

It's possible that there has been a limit of connections at the mast or some other fault caused by the high congestion which has resulted in a lack of signal.

We'd expect these issues to hopefully be fixed when the mast work completes.

If you could allow until tonight and let us know how you get on?

Try restarting your handset tomorrow and let us know.

No its still no better the signal is still shocking 🤯 don't seem like these upgrades have made any difference
