Sim not connecting

I bought a data only sim for my iPad. But I cannot access the internet. I believe it is something to do with the apn settings. The iPad works fine on WiFi and I getting good coverages

It does indeed sound like an issue with the settings/APN.

Are you able to go into the APN settings on the iPad?
