My daughters phone has come up with SIM not provisioned. No Service has come on the main screen. Please advise.

Sorry to hear that.
Have you tried checking our Coverage Checker on https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage to see if there are any faults in the area?
Try powering down the handset, removing the SIM, powering up the handset then putting the SIM back in?
It’ll fix most network issues and should re-connect.
