Unable to connect with phone calls

I am on holiday in the south of Ireland when I receive a call everything ok but if I try to return that call I am getting a message saying the phone number is not recognised

    Hello @Tributeact,

    Welcome to the iD Community.

    When you say "Southern Ireland" are you referring to the "Republic of Ireland"?

    This would be classed as Roaming, so when you're calling, you'll need to make sure that the number has +44 replacing the 0.

    For example, if you were calling 07771234567 in the UK, it'll be fine, but when you're Roaming, you'll need to dial +447771234567.
