Hi - I've seen several people have the same problem but there doesn't seem to be a solution.
I transferred to ID about a week ago and ported my number across. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.
Since moving to ID I keep getting voicemail notifications when there are no messages. I've tried leaving messages, turning voicemail off and on, clearing the phones cache (which works for a day or so) and ID did something about an hour ago but the problem is back again.
Please can somebody help - it's really irritating and if I don't get it fixed I shall have to look to move somewhere else.

They'll be able to have this raised to our Tech Team and have that addressed.
It's a known issue with a select few number ports, but they should be able to get that permanently resolved for you from previous experience we've seen on this subject.

Experiencing the same issue here (and have done for some time).
I had a Xiaomi phone for a year or so and thought it was perhaps a handset issue but I've just changed phone (Huawei Mate 10 Pro) and am experiencing the same issue.
