VPN code via SMS message

I have been using VPN for working from home for 3 weeks now I am not receiving the code to access my work network why is this? There is no issue with others it it the Three network used for ID. Thanks Sally

Firstly, we'll need to know the make and model of your phone so we can offer support. 

Have you also tried to put your SIM into another phone to see if you receive the code?
