Hi Dylbilly, you can roam in Spain on Yoigo or Movistar so you may need to manually search and connect to a different network.
If this doesn't work you may need to reset your APN settings by resetting your network settings on the phone, this will also clear off any saved WiFi networks.
Some phones use the Three settings which work ok in the UK but not abroad. the iD APN settings are required to work properly.

To confirm, is Data Roaming turned on in your handset and the iD App?
What do your Access Point Network (APN) settings show as?

Yes they are both turned on and I have tried turning them off and on again. I am connected to mivistar and can make phone calls and send text messages.

If this doesn't work you may need to reset your APN settings by resetting your network settings on the phone, this will also clear off any saved WiFi networks.
