033 number constantly engaged

I am trying to telephone an 033 number but it is constantly engaged. 

My partner connects with no issue but is with O2 😔

Please ensure as @co99 above suggests to use the correct dialing code for France.

 

It’ll also be worth ensuring that your account has features such as international calling.

 

Have you been able to call the number before?

Hi @Solothurn 

Are you sure you are not dialling 0033 (+33) which is the dialling code for France - if so it might be you need to enable international calling on your account?
