1 or 2 bar signal strength

I’m having issues with my signal strength as most places I go I only have 1 or 2 bar signal strength.

Please can you help

Have you checked our coverage checker? If it’s an issue everywhere you go it may be a SIM or handset issue.

If you would like us to get a replacement SIM you can collect one from your local Curry’s store or we can get one sent out, please let us know.

Sounds like the Three UK mobile network (the iD Mobile network partner) might not be your best choice, @Rachael13.

Have you tried using the EE, O2 or Vodafone mobile networks?
