I have switch to ID Mobile yesterday and am now received this message for last 24 hours

“We're working on fixing an issue in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing.”

postcode area is ME19, is there anything I can do to resolve, or do I just wait and if no change cancel my contract.

I'm having a similar issue in B60 3DX area of Bromsgrove. I too have only recently joined 3 from O2. I'll reconsider my options if this issue isn't rectified soon.

    Hi @PetT

    Thank you for the message.

I've checked the coverage in the area and can see there are no coverage issues. Could you please tell me the make and model of your phone, so we can try some troubleshooting steps?

    Hi @PetT

Thank you for your response and for providing the screenshot.

There are currently reported issues in a neighbouring area, but no specific issues have been reported in your area.

Could you please try resetting the network settings on your device by following these steps:

    Open Settings.

    Tap General management.

    Select Reset.

    Tap Reset network settings.

Please let us know whether this restores your connectivity.

    Thanks,

    Marquerita

    Hi @PetT.

Thank you for your post. I am sorry that the network reset has not resolved your connectivity.

Can you please try your sim in another device, to see if the issue is related to the sim or handset itself?

Additionally, remove the sim from your device, gently wipe it and reinsert it, then restart your device.

    Thanks,

    Marquerita

    Hi Marguerita,

    I'm using an eSim.

I have eliminated any issue with my phone as I  have a second eSim install using the Vodafone network and that giving me 5G and a strong mobile signal. All works well on Vodafone.

    Many thanks,

    Pete

    Hi @PetT.

    Thank you for the update.

As you’re using an eSIM and your Vodafone eSIM is working correctly on the same device, this suggests the issue may be related to the iD Mobile eSIM or network service rather than your handset.

Please contact our Live Chat; https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat team so they can complete the necessary checks and escalate the issue to our Technical Team for further investigation.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.

    Thanks,

    Marquerita
