3G - I’ve lost access to the internet

Now that 3G has been turned off I can’t access the internet when I’m out and about. I’ve followed all the advice from ID mobile, my iOS is up to date with the latest download etc. but despite this I can only use my phone to access the net if I can find a wifi signal in a coffee shop, on the bus etc.

it’s really frustrating and I’m on the point of switching to another mobile supplier.
Is it just me or std other ID mobile users now cut off from the internet?

Hi @ISMSW,

Welcome to the Community!

Sorry to hear about the issues with your coverage.

Can you advise if you have enabled 4G on your handset?

Please can you also confirm the make and model of your handset?
