4G/5G connection issues

Hi, I’ve been with ID for over 2 years now and have recently upgraded to a new handset.

I often find that sometimes my phone will cut out of 4G and 5G even if I have good signal or it says I have connection. 

Does something specific cause this? How can I prevent it from happening so often?
