Hi, I’ve been with ID for a year and a half now and not had too many issues, today however, my data has not been working only whilst I’m in my house even tho it usually works, it works when I take 1 step into my garden but go back inside and won’t load again, as I said it usually works when inside the house in all areas, have tried resetting data settings but still no joy, any ideas?

If the website states that's the case, then it's likely that this is disrupting your coverage, and we hope that this is resolved soon for you.
