Since ID Mobile introduced VoLTE my Cubot KingKong Mini2 mobilephone has gone silent.
I only accept text messages, I can't talk. According to the manufacturer's website:

this phone has the following types of calls:

  •     4G FDD-LTE: Band: B1/ 3/ 7/ 8/ 19/ 20
  •     3G WCDMA: 900 / 2100 MHZ
  •     2G GSM: 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz

The settings on the phone are: 

mobile data - yes
Roaming       yes
4G Calling    yes
Wi-Fi Calling On
4G prefered 

Can anything be done to make this phone work normally ? For example, maybe it would help to replace the SIM card also ID Mobile, but with VoLTE option ? Maybe some additional software or driver ?  Please help.

I believe the network operator and phone manufacturer must work together to ensure the handset can work with IMS VoLTE and WiFi Calling services that iD Mobile have deployed on their mobile network, @Janusz Pawlowski. 

I doubt iD Mobile will do this for handsets with a small market share in the UK, sorry.
