I've had no calls or text capability for nearly 2 wks.
Even befote 3G was completely off I got a 4G/LTE phone, model is on iD acceptable devices. Ive checked the coverage map and 4G coverage is excellent in my area. I cannot figure out why I am still "not registered on network"?
This is becoming financially expensive apart from buying this device, I swapped my good quality buds for an iPhone also 4G capable, device/model also on iD accepted list. Turns out I hate iphone so bought another android.
I've also been so desperate that I went and bought a PAYG sim card just so I could reach family who are too old for apps other than straightforward calls and txts.
I'm at my wits end. I've spent countless hours queuing or chatting on live chat but they're reading from a script, are not fixing my problem, told me there were outages and I'd be back online in hours....that was days ago. They make me feel like I'm the stupid one who can work my own phone. The other sim worked perfectly and everyone who has looked at my phone who know a lot about them has confirmed my carrier is the problem.
I very got bad hands and eyes and can't sit for hours looking at and using this wee phone.
I've raised a complaint but they've written to say they can't reach me, I wonder why?! The left hand etc etc
Can someone please let me know if this is a common problem or what I can do to fix it because I'm not wasting time on live chat again.
