Question

4G not working at home

My 4G has suddenly stopped working at home, have done a network reset but still no good. Used my SIM card in my partners phone and it worked fine and put her SIM card in my phone and that worked. What’s the issue?

@Pebbles28  What phone model are you using and what phone is your parents using?

Since your sim card is working in your partners phone your device seems to be the problem.

Have you checked things like flight mode is not enabled on your device?

Hey there @Pebbles28, sorry to hear this.

What phone do you have please?

As kindly advised by @JoeKing, if your SIM works in another device, it’s likely a device issue.

Where did you get the device from and when please?

Thanks,

Tyler

It seems to be an issue with the area I live in as it works okay when I’m not at home. Problem is it has been like this for 4 days now

Hi @Pebbles28

In this case it may be best to try a replacement SIM card.
