I was here about 10 days ago saying I could not make calls.
some how I fixed this issue. However:
I try to get my phone to work on 5g/5g auto
when I do this I can’t call or receive calls??
settings>mobile service>mobile data options>voice&data>4G
I can only use 4g.
I am using an iPhone 16
any thoughts?

If you are using iPhone this should be enabled automatically.
If 3G is no longer available in your area you’ll need to enable 4G so that you can call over 4G.
VoLTE allows calls over 4G.

You may be experiencing the issue as you don’t have 5G in the area.
In this case you’ll need to use voLTE in order to make calls.

Hi there, just done a 5g network checker for my area and it says outdoor coverage.
