5G works fine as soon as it drops to 4G mobile data stops

I have a eSIM and the 5G works great but when it drops to 4G I have no internet at all, won’t even load up the iDmobile app. I’ve tried all the suggestions I can find other than trying the sim in someone else’s phone which I can’t do.

Bd108SY but the problem is anytime I’m on 4G it doesn’t matter what area

Hey there ​@Stetillett, if you have issues everywhere you go, it’ll point more towards a device or SIM issue than a coverage issue, as we wouldn’t expect poor coverage area. Do you know any other full postcode(s) you visit regularly at all?

 

However, to confirm, for the area BD108SY, we're working on the network in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing.

 

We hope to be finished working on these improvements as soon as possible.

Therefore, we’d expect weaker signal here whilst this is on-going I’m afraid, and we hope Three UK can resolve this shortly.
