All my incoming calls go straight to voicemail.

This is not due to the call forwarding option on settings

Hi @suilven666  I am sorry to hear this. Can I ask what handset you are using? How long has this been happening for please?

My handset is a Samsung Galaxy A32 5g

    SM a326b/DS

It's been happening for a few months now.

I also find that I'd I need to make a call, I always get the engaged tone, and to rectify this I have to switch the phone off, then on again

OK, are you able to try the SIM in a different handset and test the calls, that way we can rule out it being a handset issue @suilven666

Please let us know how you get on.

Hi there @suilven666, if the SIM works in another phone, then this would indicate a problem with your device most likely.

Where did you get your device from and when please?

      Thanks,

      Tyler
