When are we going to be able to make and receive calls

 Hi. Thanks for getting in touch. There’s currently an issue affecting ID mobile customers alongside 3UK customers. I understand this is frustrating but there’s not much that can be done or any timeframes that I know of but again I am just a customer. Here’s a page to keep updated on any future progress.
