New phones & contract on ID received Christmas Eve. All seemed good until this week where the signal keeps dropping. 2 phones exactly the same both on ID one has signal the other doesn't?

Also when connected to Bluetooth in car, it comes up Vodafone, ID, EE no signal.

Even when there is 3 bars of signal you try to call out & it goes to call then cuts off immediately?

Any ideas??

Many thanks

New phone received & all seems to be working fine. So I can only assume it was the first phone.

Hi @Cupcakes

If it’s happening to one and not the other, this would suggest a device or SIM card issue, not a coverage one, have you tried swapping SIMs between the devices to see what happens?

The phone has just been changed as she had no P L or O on the keyboard,  this is a big problem as our surname has 2 Os & 1P!

As soon as we have the new phone all sorted will try swapping sims.

Thank you
