Just moved from Lebara to I’d mobile and now my “Mobile Data Settings” are missing from the “Mobile Services” tab. They were there on Lebara but now I cannot access the internet via 4g. Looking through the community it seem that these options are blocked or not enabled on iPhones.

Any idea if this can be fixed before I cancel my account.

Hey @Sean Dockerty,

You should have a “Voice & Data” option. If you’re phone isn’t connecting to 4G, it might be worth doing a NETWORK SETTINGS RESET to clear any configurations from Lebara.

Would you believe it, done it and all connecting. Thank you. Tabs still missing but it works so all good.
