It was suggested to order a new sim. I opted for eSim Have done a speed test in the area of my home address , speed test came back with 3.05 mps , ping 84ms, this is in an are that the coverage map ,shows 4g signal good indoors and out doors. The above figure is for indoors. Outdoors at my home address shows 19.15 mps with a 67ms ping Not great
